Support our Animal Care Fund today
Help us provide vital veterinary care to vulnerable dogs and cats around the world.
Every day, stray and vulnerable animals suffer from injuries, illness and abuse. Many need urgent treatment and long-term rehabilitation, but without help they have nowhere to turn.
Our Animal Care Fund helps provide the veterinary care these dogs and cats need, giving them the chance to experience kindness and live without pain - sometimes for the first time in their lives.
Your donation helps us be there for animals who need us, whenever they need us.

What does the Animal Care Fund do?
While we often share stories of the individual cats and dogs we’re supporting, not every animal has their own fundraising appeal. As a small charity it’s important that we have a dedicated pot of money that allows us to give animals the care they need immediately, without relying on emergency appeals for each one.
That’s what our Animal Care Fund is for. It allows us to respond quickly to animals in need, working within our projects and trusted partner organisations to give cats and dogs the best chance at a better future.

Your support helps patients like Burns & Jordy.
Burns the dog was found cowering in a ditch on the streets of Tangier, Morocco, with severe burns believed to have been deliberately inflicted by humans.
Rushed to a veterinary clinic, she needed emergency pain relief and intensive treatment to save her life.
Her recovery required complex veterinary care, including the regular cleaning and dressing of her wounds and the removal of damaged tissue. Thankfully, Burns grew stronger with treatment, and a loving forever home in the Netherlands was waiting for her.
When little Jordy the cat was found near our IAPWA centre on Penang Island, Malaysia, he was barely clinging to life.
He was severely dehydrated, suffering from a broken jaw and a respiratory infection, and had been struggling to eat and drink.
Our team rushed Jordy to the vets where he received intensive treatment including fluids, antibiotics and surgery to repair his fractured jaw. His recovery took time and patience, but with expert veterinary care and the safety of a loving foster home, Jordy gradually regained his strength.
Burns and Jordy's stories are a reminder of what compassion and access to veterinary treatment can make possible, giving even the most vulnerable animals the chance to heal and enjoy a happier future.
